In 1979, Ahmet TILTIK entered the Department of Economics and Statistics at the Middle East Technical University and then received his Master's Degree in Economics at the Middle East Technical University in 1979, Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Southampton in 1982 and PhD in Economics at the Middle East Technical University in 1996.
Between 1993-2017, he held many managerial positions in Turkey and abroad.
He worked as a faculty member at Sabahattin Zaim University Faculty of Business and Management Sciences Between 2018-2020.
